Standard Stage

The standard stage is included in base unit and is connected to the tilt and height adjustable table of the CCU-010.

Standard Stage

The standard stage is connected to the tilt and height adjustable table of the CCU-010 of the basic unit. It has a diameter of 80 mm and holds six large(Ø 25.4 mm) or 18 small (Ø 12.7 mm) SEM pin stubs.

The table contains two slots for the quartz sensor (center position for normal use and edge position for larger samples).
